SHIFT is cleat hardware designed especially for smartphone bags. It allows the cleat bag to rotate by hand in one of 8 horizontal directions, 45 degrees per click. SHIFT can clamp tubes, from 22.2mm up to 35mm in diameter, with a shim and rubber spacer adjuster.
